Job summary

Zax LLC in Kannapolis, North Carolina, is seeking a diligent maintenance team member to perform routine cleaning and basic equipment maintenance inside the restaurant. You will inspect, operate, and test equipment, handle minor repairs, and help keep the facility safe and well maintained.

The role requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others.

Responsibilities

• Complete all training requirements required by Zax LLC.
• Oversee the location to provide a safe, clean, and well maintained environment.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled day to day cleaning duties and basic maintenance of restaurant.
• Inspect, operate, or test equipment to diagnose malfunctions and oversee minor repairs.
• Keep maintenance records and ensure compliance with guidelines and safety procedures.
• Escalate HR or risk concerns to the General Manager and District Manager as needed.
• All other duties necessary to ensure restaurant operations function properly.
