• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and debris
