Job summary

McDonald’s Restaurants Limited in Mount Prospect, IL is hiring a Maintenance Person to help keep the restaurant clean and well-maintained, supporting the management team and ensuring equipment is properly serviced.

You'll perform tasks like filtering oil fryers, cleaning HVAC, grounds, and stock rooms, unload deliveries, and maintain inside cleanliness, with competitive pay and benefits including Archways to Opportunity, tuition assistance, and PTO.

Qualifications

• The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily.
• Maintaining outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Maintain inside cleanliness/organization of the store.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units.
