Job summary

McDonald’s provides a Maintenance Person role focused on upholding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining equipment. You’ll work with the Maintenance Team with training and tools provided to succeed.

Key duties include filtering oil fryers, grounds maintenance, equipment cleaning, unloading deliveries, waste handling, light bulb changes, and HVAC/roof cleanliness. The program offers growth and Archways to Opportunity education support.

Qualifications

• Must have outstanding attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to excel in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Cleaning equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms, and restrooms
• Unloading delivery truck 2 times a week
• Taking out and emptying trash compactor
• Changing light bulbs
• Cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
