McDonald’s corporate franchise restaurant is hiring a Maintenance Person to assist management in keeping the interior and exterior areas clean and ensuring restaurant equipment is well maintained. The role includes daily fryer oil filtration and grounds upkeep, with additional duties as part of the maintenance team.

You will work at a franchise-operated location with access to education and health benefits, including tuition assistance and medical coverage, as part of the benefits package

Qualifications

• Restaurant maintenance and cleanliness required.
• Ability to follow safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily.
• Maintaining outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.
