Job summary

The role supports management in maintaining restaurant equipment and cleanliness across locations, with comprehensive training and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in restaurant or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Willingness to follow safety and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Cleaning equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unloading delivery truck two times a week
• Taking out and emptying trash compactor
• Changing light bulbs
• Cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
