The Maintenance Person assists management with cleanliness, safety, and routine maintenance, including fry oil filtering, grounds upkeep, and general cleaning tasks to keep the restaurant presentable and compliant with standards.

Qualifications

• Maintenance role ensuring interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and upkeep of equipment.
• Must be able to perform daily fry oil filtering, clean equipment, stock rooms, and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
