Qualifications

• Maintains interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and equipment.
• Assists management to achieve standards of cleanliness and functioning equipment.
• Position supports delivery, trash, lighting, and HVAC maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck two times a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
