McDonald’s is seeking a Maintenance Person at a franchisee-operated store in Baxter Springs to keep the restaurant clean and the equipment in good working order. You will support management with routine maintenance, cleaning, and safety checks while following company guidelines.

You will participate in daily cleaning routines, assist with light maintenance, and help ensure a welcoming, well-maintained dining environment for customers and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Maintains interior and exterior cleanliness.
• Maintains restaurant equipment and facilities.
• Unloads deliveries and handles waste and light maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily.
• Maintaining outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
