Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and cleaning procedures (training provided).
• Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and remain productive.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Daily Cleaning & Sanitation of lobby, restrooms, kitchen, tables, chairs, and high-touch surfaces.
• Exterior maintenance of parking lot, sidewalks, landscaping, and signage.
• Equipment & preventative maintenance on fryers, HVAC filters, and related tasks.
• Follow safety, PPE use, and mopping procedures; report hazards immediately.
• Assist management during busy periods; complete maintenance logs and safety inspections.
