Job summary

McDonald’s Corporation and its franchisees are seeking a Maintenance Person to join a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. You will support management in keeping interior and exterior areas clean and equipment in good working order.

The role includes daily oil fryer filtration, grounds maintenance, cleaning tasks, loading deliveries, waste handling, lighting, and HVAC/exhaust maintenance, with benefits described by the franchisee.

Qualifications

• Maintenance personnel maintain interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and equipment.
• Experience with cleaning or maintenance tasks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.
