McDonald’s is seeking a Maintenance Person for an independent franchise operation. The role emphasizes maintaining restaurant cleanliness and equipment, supported by the maintenance team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities include filtering fryers daily, cleaning inside/outside areas, stocking, unloading deliveries, trash removal, bulb changes, HVAC cleaning, and lifting up to 50 pounds; a reliable, safety-conscious individual is required.

Qualifications

• Maintains interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness.
• Operates with the maintenance team to support daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week.
• Take out and empty trash.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
