Job summary

McDonald’s franchisee is seeking a Maintenance Person to support restaurant cleanliness and equipment upkeep. You will assist management with interior and exterior maintenance, perform daily fryer oil filtering, and help keep the facility in top condition.

Responsibilities include cleaning, grounds maintenance, unloading deliveries, and basic HVAC/exhaust cleaning. This role is part of the maintenance team at a franchised McDonald’s location and requires reliability and physical stamina.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant maintenance or facilities upkeep preferred.
• Ability to perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily.
• Maintaining outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.
