Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Part-time: 9 to 28 hours per week.
• Full-time: 32 to 40 hours per week.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Complete all training requirements required by Zax LLC.
• Oversee the location to provide a safe, clean, and well maintained environment.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled day to day cleaning duties and basic maintenance.
• Inspect, operate, or test equipment to diagnose malfunctions.
• Keep neat, accurate and current maintenance records.
• Maintain operational standards and comply with guidelines and procedures.
