Job summary

Zaxbys is seeking a Restaurant Utility Worker to maintain a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment in our Georgia location. The role focuses on daily and deep cleaning, basic maintenance, and ensuring equipment runs smoothly to support restaurant operations.

Flexible schedules are available for part-time or full-time candidates who can work days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities to advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Part-time: Available to work 9 to 28 hours per week.
• Full-time: Available to work 32 to 40 hours per week.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the location to provide a safe, clean, and well maintained environment.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled day to day cleaning duties and basic maintenance of restaurant equipment.
• Inspect, operate, or test equipment to diagnose malfunctions.
• Oversee the repair of minor lighting issues.
• General cleaning tasks including deep cleaning and exterior maintenance.
• Maintain operational standards and ensure compliance with guidelines and procedures.
