Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers on a daily basis
• Maintain and clean the outdoor grounds
• Clean equipment, windows (inside and outside), stock rooms, and restrooms
• Unload delivery trucks twice a week
• Empty and dispose of trash compactor waste
• Replace light bulbs as needed
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and remove roof debris
