You will help maintain restaurant equipment, perform routine upkeep, and assist with general maintenance tasks to ensure a safe, welcoming dining environment.

The role includes responsibilities such as cleaning, oil fryer filtration, stock room upkeep, window cleaning, and assisting with deliveries and waste handling.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
