Job summary

RC Management is seeking enthusiastic, motivated individuals for a Restaurant Maintenance role at our Bangor, ME location. The position supports management in keeping the restaurant clean, safe, and well-maintained, with responsibilities across equipment and facilities.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or facilities experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Good teamwork and ability to perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in maintaining interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks and upkeep of equipment.
• Filter oil fryers daily and maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery trucks and organize freezers, fridges and stock rooms.
• Take out and empty trash, change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/exhaust units and remove debris from roof.

The Restaurant Maintenance position assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.

As a Restaurant Maintenance, responsibilities may include:

• Handling Preventative Maintenance
• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck and organize freezer, fridge, and stock rooms
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
