Job summary

RC Management is seeking a Restaurant Maintenance associate for a McDonald’s restaurant in Millinocket, Maine. You’ll help keep interior and exterior areas clean and assist with equipment maintenance in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities include Preventative Maintenance tasks, fryer oil filtering, grounds upkeep, stock-room organization, deliveries, light maintenance, HVAC exhaust cleaning, and general cleaning duties.

• Filter oil fryers daily
• Maintain outside grounds
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck, organize freezer/fridge/stock rooms
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris
