Brackett's Crossing Country Club in Minnesota is seeking a motivated Part-Time Line Cook to join our culinary team. You will work with our chefs to prepare, cook and present outstanding dishes for members and guests.

This role is non-exempt with evenings, weekends and select holidays required. Ideal for someone with kitchen experience who wants hands-on learning and growth in a premier private club environment. Our menu changes seasonally and we value teamwork, respect and a passion for quality.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong teamwork and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist chefs in daily kitchen operations and line cooking.

Restaurant Line Cook:

As a Line Cook you will team up with our Chefs to assist in the operation of our professional kitchen. Your love of cooking will create a remarkable culinary experience in our restaurants by preparing, cooking and presenting outstanding food to our members and guests.

Position & Kitchen Schedule:

Part-Time, Non-Exempt position. Wednesday-Sunday evenings Schedule requirements will vary based on business volume and event needs. Availability for evenings, weekends, and select holidays is required.
