4. Balance prep work while ensuring timely meal preparation and maintaining standards.
5. Comply with applicable State Restaurant Health Codes and Regulations.

Required Qualifications

• 1 or more years of experience as a line cook.
• Knife skills.
• Enthusiasm and knowledge of relevant ingredients and cuisine.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor’s degree in culinary arts.
• Experience working on multiple kitchen stations.
• Experience in various restaurant or hospitality roles.
