Job summary

Via 313 is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, collaborate with the General Manager to develop future leaders, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This role emphasizes accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a high-volume setting.

You will drive sales growth, manage staff development, and uphold quality and safety standards while delivering a memorable Via 313 experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Growth mindset with a passion for coaching and developing others.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and help execute the Via 313 brand experience every shift.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Support hiring, training, and retention efforts while helping build a high-performing team.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Ensure quality, cleanliness, food safety, and hospitality standards are consistently met.
• Monitor labor, inventory, scheduling, and other key business metrics.
• Serve as a leader on the floor, supporting both Front of House and Back of House operations.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve restaurant goals and develop future leaders.
• Respond to guest feedback and help create raving fans of the Via 313 brand.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
