Cracker Barrel is seeking a Restaurant Associate Manager to lead front- and back-of-house operations, delivering exceptional guest and team experiences. You will drive business results with support from home office, while fostering a caring, hospitality-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in restaurant management, can commit to five 10-hour shifts weekly, and are available for holidays and weekends. A valid driver’s license and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience.
• Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts).
• Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed.
• A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations, including front- and back-of-house responsibilities.
• Deliver excellent guest and employee experiences while driving business results.
• Collaborate with home office support to ensure success.
