Job summary

Burger King is hiring a hands-on Assistant Manager to drive restaurant performance and develop a high-performing team. You’ll partner with the Restaurant General Manager to deliver excellent guest experiences, strong financial results, and operational excellence.

You will lead shifts, coach team members, and ensure standards for quality and safety while supporting sales growth and efficiency. A strong emphasis on leadership, communication, and people development is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication and team motivation skills
• Ability to solve problems and make timely decisions
• Commitment to guest experience and BK standards

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts, coach and develop Team Members and Shift Coordinators
• Ensure standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and safety
• Support key performance goals: sales growth, labor efficiency, food safety, guest satisfaction
