Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage the arrival flow.

• Escort guests to tables and present menus as needed.
• Communicate table status and guest needs to servers and management.
• Maintain clean and organized host stand and entrance area.
• Answer phones, take reservations, and handle inquiries.
• Provide information on menu items and hotel facilities.
• Support servers during peak periods.
