Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher required.
• Hospitality experience preferred, at least one year as host.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to use tablets and iPads.
• Assist with menu revisions when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and seat them as quickly as possible.
• Converse with guests in a hospitable and informative manner.
• Use a rotation method to ensure fair seating.
• Coordinate with servers and dining staff.
• Operate POS MICROS and Yelp reservations.
• Keep front-of-house areas clean and organized.
• Attend meetings and support daily hotel operations.
