Job summary

Fenway Hotel in Dunedin, Florida is seeking an energetic Restaurant Host to greet guests, seat them promptly, and set a warm, welcoming dining tone.

You will collaborate with a friendly team, use MICROS POS and Yelp reservations, and keep the greeter station tidy while ensuring a smooth flow of seating throughout service.

High School diploma or higher is preferred, with hospitality experience; flexible hours are common in this 24/7 setting.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred, at least one year as a host.
• Excellent customer service and verbal/written communication.
• Ability to use tablets/iPads and seating rotation methods.
• Willingness to work flexible hours in a 24/7 hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests warmly and efficiently.
• Use a rotation method to ensure fair seating.
• Maintain clean greeter station and dining area.
• Assist servers and communicate seating flow to management.
• Operate MICROS POS and Yelp reservations as needed.
• Attend daily meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
