Your Role

As a Restaurant Host, you will greet customers, provide accurate wait times, and escort customers to their tables. You will impact the customer experience by delivering a warm and accommodating service. This position is onsite and reports to the Restaurant Manager.

What You'll Do

• Maintain presence at the host stand/door to greet and seat customers
• Monitor server performance to ensure smooth service during dining
• Observe proper telephone etiquette
• Handle reservations via OpenTable and answer inquiries about hours, specials, and events
• Organize reservations, maximize seating, and optimize staffing and traffic flow
• Fulfill duties involving lifting objects such as tables, chairs, and highchairs

What You Bring

• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift/carry 35 pounds
