Overview
Why We Need Your Talents:
Greets restaurant guests with a positive, friendly attitude. Ensures guests are seated in a timely manner and have a favorable dining experience. You may also handle phone calls, answer customers’ questions about the restaurant and menu, and assist restaurant staff when necessary.
Responsibilities
Where You'll Make an Impact:
- Greeting, welcoming, and seating guests.
- Assigning wait staff to service guests in their sections.
- Answering phones, greeting customers, and keeping track of seat availability.
- Assisting wait and bar staff.
- Helping with bussing and resetting tables.
- Cleaning the host area and restaurant entrance.
- Ensuring the safety and security of employees and customers.

Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- High school diploma or equivalent GED.
- Customer service experience dealing directly with customers.
- Ability to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.
- Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.
- Bending, stooping, and reaching while assisting guests.
- Use of stairs and elevators.
