Job Description

We’re looking for an artist in disguise, a jack-of-all-trades, or better yet, a Host/Hostess! This person will be the first impression our customers have and the lasting impression of customer service they leave with.

This role is all about social connection; a smile and sincere greeting go a long way. If you’re organized, empathetic, and work efficiently, this is the job for you. You will help greet and seat guests at dining locations, and also play a key role in providing general assistance to guests and resolving issues to ensure our customers leave satisfied.

Making connections with others instantly is truly an art, and with your skills, you’ll succeed on our team.

Essential functions and responsibilities may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Greets guests upon arrival and seats them, ensuring optimal use of tables.
  2. Accommodates any special needs or requests for diners.
  3. Maintains the appearance and cleanliness of the front-of-house environment.
  4. Escalates guest needs or concerns as necessary.
  5. Works closely with kitchen staff and servers to optimize communication and ensure efficient operations.
  6. Provides excellent guest service and maintains a positive demeanor.
  7. Adapts to guest needs.
  8. Follows Aramark safety policies, including proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
