We’re looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Host/Hostess to be the first and lasting impression our customers have of the House of Blues in Boston. This role requires excellent social skills, organization, empathy, and efficiency. You will greet and seat guests, assist with general inquiries, and ensure a positive dining experience for all.

Essential functions and responsibilities may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and seat them appropriately, ensuring optimal table utilization
• Accommodate any special needs or requests from diners
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the front-of-house area
• Address guest needs or concerns promptly and effectively
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth operations
• Provide excellent guest service with a positive attitude
• Be adaptable to guest needs and situations
• Follow safety policies and food sanitation procedures
