Function (Scope and Main Purpose of Job): Welcoming guests upon arrival and bidding farewell as they leave to create a positive and lasting impression.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive and thank them upon departure.
• Meet any special needs or requests of guests to ensure a satisfying experience.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory controls and the State Gaming Agency.
• Answer phones and handle reservations and messages.
• Maintain an accurate waitlist when necessary.
• Assist with bussing tables to expedite seating when needed.
• Communicate effectively with guests, employees, and third parties, reflecting positively on the venue and brand.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Adhere to appearance standards set by the company and department.
