Eataly seeks a friendly Host who is the first and last point of contact with guests, greeting, seating and bidding farewell, while maintaining the flow of service. You will oversee dining room operations during peak hours, manage a waitlist and seating chart, take reservations where offered, escort guests to their tables, provide menus and introduce the server, and assist with duties as needed.
