With three different and distinctive locations, each offers a unique atmosphere, menu, and identity, our focus at all of our location’s centers on world class beer and beverage offerings alongside delicious, creative, well-executed food—handmade whenever possible, using locally and regionally sourced ingredients.

Founded in 2011, taking inspiration from the neighborhood bier taverns throughout Europe, our setting has a warm atmosphere seating approximately 70 guests for dinner service Tuesday through Sunday, as well as brunch service on the weekends. We hold high expectations for the quality of our elevated pub fare prepared with local ingredients, service, and atmosphere.

In this position, you will be responsible for menu creation from conception, to training, to final execution. Menu offerings will be creative, locally & seasonally driven, and consistently executed—all while fitting within the style and costing guidelines.

  • Meet monthly food cost and labor goals.
  • Be involved with personnel issues, including but not limited to employee discipline, reviews, hiring, and continued training.
  • Help to create seasonal menu offerings, including testing, recipe development and procedures, to set kitchen up for successful execution.
  • Maintain a high level of expectations through your example of quality and efficient work.
  • Actively participate in weekly manager meetings.
  • Lead the kitchen to produce the finest meals possible in a casual setting with a strong creativity and culinary execution.
  • Maintain lists (cleaning, prep, ordering, etc.), and then update and follow through with employees regarding completion.
  • Accurately prepare month end inventory and other reports (transfers, etc.) for monthly cost analysis.
  • Work actively with employees to minimize food waste with an eye towards sustainability.
