Qualifications

• High work ethic and self-initiative.
• Customer service focused, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, likes to communicate with guests and associates.
• Flexible to work varying schedules to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Enjoys working as part of a team that provides great experiences for our Guests!
• Ability to work in an office environment and use a computer.
• Prolonged periods of desk work (6-8 hours) with occasional standing or walking.
• Frequent fine motor skills for keyboarding, mouse use, writing and office equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Occasionally stand, walk, bend, reach, or carry items; lift/move 10-25 lbs.
• Visual and hearing abilities necessary for conversations and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly upon seating in the restaurant.
• Share specials or recommend items from the menu.
• Secure drink orders and take food orders efficiently.
• Inspect food for accuracy and presentation prior to delivery.
• Maintain a clean table and assist with refills or requests.
• Complete side station work and keep a clean, safe environment.
