Responsibilities

• Direct the operation of the restaurant to meet company goals.
• Drive sales through guest service and product quality.
• Schedule management; weekly plans posted by Friday 5pm.
• Ensure safety and security of staff and guests.
• Achieve the restaurant's Annual Operating Plan.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and clean operations.
