Hyatt Regency DFW is seeking a Part-Time Restaurant Greeter with flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will welcome guests and set the tone for a memorable dining experience from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing reservations and seating, escorting guests to tables, answering menu questions, and coordinating with restaurant and culinary teams to ensure smooth service and positive first impressions.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and enjoys creating meaningful guest interactions in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous restaurant host, hostess, greeter, or customer service experience preferred
• A warm, outgoing personality and a genuine desire to care for others
• Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to remain calm and professional during busy service periods
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout a shift

Come be part of our Food & Beverage team as theRestaurant Greeterat the Hyatt Regency DFW located across from Terminal C of the DFW Airport. The Hyatt Regency DFW features 811 guestrooms and 92,000 square feet of function space.

We are seeking a Part-Time Restaurant Greeter with flexible availability. Typical shifts are scheduled between:

4:00 PM - 1:00 AM

Weekend and holiday availability may be required based on business needs.

As a Restaurant Greeter, you will set the tone for every guest's dining experience by providing a warm welcome and exceptional hospitality from the moment they arrive.
