Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager to lead our restaurant, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will oversee daily operations, maintain safety standards, and mentor team members to deliver consistent quality, speed, and service. Ideal candidates bring restaurant management experience, strong leadership, and a proven ability to manage costs, inventory, and staffing while upholding Domino's standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience.
• Customer Service experience.
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Store Operations and Drive Results - Including, but not limited to: cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality.
