Job summary

Sickies Garage Burgers & Brews in Fargo or Bismarck, ND seeks a proven restaurant operator to own a $3.5M+ location, manage the P&L, and build a strong management team. You’ll drive profitability, staffing, and local marketing with support from the founder-led group.

Starting salary is $70,000–$80,000 plus a $15,000–$20,000 average annual performance bonus, plus a $10,000 hiring/retention bonus. Health insurance, PTO, signing bonus, training, and discounts are offered, with relocation assistance

Qualifications

• 5+ years in restaurant management
• 2+ years as GM in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• P&L, labor, and cost controls experience
• Proven ability to build and retain strong teams
• Hands-on leader with genuine hospitality instincts

• Own full P&L and profitability for a $3.5M+ location
• Lead recruiting, staffing, and retention of the management team
• Control labor and food costs with strict standards
• Drive local marketing and guest experience to boost results
• Provide oversight and develop future leaders across the team
