Job summary

Atlas Franchise is seeking a Jimmy John’s General Manager in Shakopee, MN to lead daily store operations, hire and train the team, and ensure outstanding guest experience. You will drive performance, manage inventory and scheduling, uphold food safety standards, and partner with the District Manager for monthly GM meetings.

Must be 18+, with 1.5+ years of store management experience and strong coaching skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 1.5 years store management experience (food industry preferred).
• Strong coaching and team-building abilities.
• Able to resolve customer and team issues confidently and professionally.
• Energetic, outgoing, coachable and enthusiastic.
• Tech-savvy with good computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations with urgency and attention to detail.
• Hire, train, and develop high-performing team members.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and labor.
• Maintain food safety and workplace safety standards.
• Drive store performance and financial success.
• Collaborate with District Manager and attend GM meetings.
