You will recruit, train, and coach team members and managers, implement comprehensive development plans, and recognize top performers while maintaining a positive culture.

You will oversee scheduling, budgeting, and strategic initiatives to maximize profitability while upholding CHAMPS standards and brand values.

Qualifications

• 5 years in restaurant or retail management with a strong track record in people management.
• Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis.
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and orient team members and shift leads.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive training plan and mentor managers and trainers.
• Recognize and reward top performance; foster equity, inclusion, and belonging.
• Resolve conflicts promptly and maintain a positive work environment.
• Engage with customers to resolve issues and ensure a superior experience.
• Strategically schedule staff and coach on CHAMPS standards; lead product rollout meetings.
• Analyze financial performance, manage the budget, and maximize profitability without compromising service.
• Stay informed about competitors and elevate digital presence and loyalty programs.
