Qualifications

• Proficient with digital tools and platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal.
• Experience in recruiting and developing team members.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and orient Top Team Members and Shift Leads.
• Develop a comprehensive training plan and mentor managers and trainers.
• Recognize and reward high performers and promote equity, inclusion and belonging.
• Address conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
• Engage with customers and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Schedule staff to optimize service and coach on CHAMPS standards.
• Lead product rollout meetings and manage budget and profitability.
• Monitor competitors and enhance digital presence and loyalty programs.
