Job summary

Qdoba in Springfield, MO is seeking a General Manager to lead guest service, supervise a motivated team, and drive excellence in a fast‑paced restaurant setting. You’ll ensure food safety and training, manage scheduling and costs, and partner with leadership to meet sales goals.

The role offers a minimum $50,000 annual salary plus bonuses, PTO, 401(k) with match, health insurance, uniforms, meal discounts and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Previous management or supervisory experience is required.
• Ability to communicate in English is required; Spanish comprehension is helpful.
• Must meet background check criteria.
• Must have a valid driver license with access to transportation.
• May be required to work up to 50 hours per week with varied shifts including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fast, accurate service that models excellent hospitality.
• Assist with training, monitoring, and reinforcing food safety procedures.
• Partner with the leadership team to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Assist in managing food and labor costs.
• Assist in monitoring food inventory levels.
• Manage and maintain safe working conditions.
• Provide training for team members and direct reports.
• Ensure continual improvement of quality, service, and cleanliness.
