Responsibilities

• Oversee all people and operation for the Wendy’s restaurant and lead a culture of consistency and performance.
• Drive customer service, training and development, sales & profit growth, and accountability across the restaurant team.
• Manage the P&L to control costs and achieve specified profit targets by identifying opportunities in revenue growth, customer service and process improvement.
• Develop and coach the leadership team to uphold Wendy’s standards and procedures.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across daily operations
