Slim Chickens, a fast-growing fast casual restaurant, is hiring a General Manager for a full-time, permanent position in Moore, OK. The GM will lead a single restaurant, oversee daily operations, manage a team, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure financial performance while maintaining company standards and policies.

Availability for long or irregular hours is required. Offers include a base salary of $60,000–$65,000 with bonuses, dental and health insurance, PTO, and an engaging, fun working

Responsabilités

• Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure quality food, service and sanitation
• Supervise management and hourly staff
• Assign and direct daily work for staff
• Maintain restaurant equipment and grounds in good condition
• Enter inventory into the restaurant's computer system
• Meet budgetary expectations including cost control and staffing
• Reconcile cash registers and deposit daily receipts
• Prepare administrative reports as required by policy
• Maintain records in compliance with laws
• Ensure staff compliance with policies and safety laws
• Recruit, interview and hire quality staff
• Conduct training and provide ongoing feedback to staff
• Manage performance reviews and disciplinary actions
• Develop work schedules and approve overtime
• Display professional attitude and communicate effectively
• Lead meetings and follow company direction
• Resolve employee concerns as needed
• Willing to work flexible hours
• Frequent guest interaction and supervision of staff
