Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience (fast casual, fast food, or drive-thru preferred).
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities; familiar with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and guest service.
• Hire, train, and develop team members to foster a high-performing culture.
• Create and manage schedules to optimize labor and meet goals.
• Monitor inventory, control costs, and ensure food quality and consistency.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
