Job summary

KFC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Ann Arbor to lead daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive team performance.

You will own restaurant metrics, maintain food quality and cleanliness, and mentor staff through onboarding and ongoing training. Collaborate with other GMs and Area Leaders to grow the business while maintaining a welcoming, customer-first environment. Must be 18+, have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of restaurant success metrics and lead restaurant team to reach goals.
• Lead guest experiences with friendly interactions, a clean restaurant and fresh meals.
• Grow and mentor your KFC family through training and onboarding new team members.
• Lead communications of your teams goals, upcoming promotions, business updates, etc.
• Inspire a positive and collaborative family environment.
• Partner with other Restaurant General Managers and Area Leaders to grow and move the business forward.
