McDonald’s Corporate-owned restaurant seeks an experienced General Manager to run a high-volume operation, ensure quality, service and cleanliness, and lead a team of Department Managers and Shift Managers. The role emphasizes coaching, goal setting, and staff development to sustain profitable performance.

Ideal candidates have GM experience in fast-paced settings, plus a background in quick service, hospitality, or retail.

Qualifications

• GM experience running high-volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired.
• Experience in hospitality or retail is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and meet McDonald’s customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Lead Department Managers to set and achieve goals, providing coaching and direction to improve their Departments.
• May hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team for future growth.
