Job summary

SAWS LLC, a Dunkin franchisee, is hiring General Managers for multiple locations in Riverside and San Diego Counties. Lead store operations, build and coach a high-performing team, and drive guest experiences as the business expands from 7 to 20 stores in the coming years.

General Managers can earn up to $70K/year, with bonuses and a benefits package including healthcare, tuition discounts, paid time off, and meals.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or quick-service leadership preferred.
• ServSafe certification required (can be obtained after hire).
• Ability to work full time with variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop strategies to achieve store financial and guest service goals.
• Coach and strengthen Assistant Managers and Shift Leads as team leaders.
• Recruit, hire, onboard and develop team members; ensure operations and food safety standards.
