Uncle Julio's is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our upscale casual dining team in Arlington. You will oversee all aspects of the restaurant, from staff performance to guest experience, ensuring premium Tex-Mex quality and exceptional service.

The role requires at least 2 years in casual dining, a high school diploma or GED, and state-certified alcohol/food credentials. Growth opportunities exist as the brand expands. Join us and elevate guest memories.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ current experience in the casual restaurant industry.
• High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements are required.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
